    Management will blame oil price and Covid-19 for everything.

    Very little, if anything, will be said about their managerial shortcomings.

    Everyone will keep their job. No pay cuts will ensure this crack team will not be poached to head up oil and gas divisions at Shell or Exxon.

    Big holders will remain silent.

    And yes, I am being serious.
