Given the extraordinary circumstances most CEO's would sacrifice their first grandchild for this report. It might be viewed in some quarters as a little ho-hum but ho-hum works well in this environment. Duncan and co do not do embellishments so what you see is what you get. A rock solid report from the point of view that economies are right on the precipice. It's going to get very dire from here - as some of us said it would.
