    What assumptions did you use for 2010 EBITDA of $70M ?
    Was it $170M revenue x 40% aprrox ? Just wondering if you
    think EBITDA % of revenue at 40% is about right or a little high ?

    I think the 8x EBITDA for a market cap of $560 M is about right.
