I am wondering the same thing as you and like you I am a big fan of PRR. The only thing I think it could be is that the insiders are already in? Or that They are nt a lecky ship and everyone is waiting for the news before getting in, if that is the case and the news be good this should sky rocket over night (Maybe a pump and dump) I seen that happen about 2 years ago with this share, it was full on but at that time I missed the boat I had never herd of them before!
