They already said no weeks ago. They're placing Singapore Airlines as their priority, much like what Qantas is to AU gov. I don't think anything under $2 for QAN make any sense at all. Most likely scenario imho is that it'd continue spiking up as Virgin falls apart, then slide back down gradually in the next two quarters as investors realize that recovery is going to take much longer than they so eagerly anticipated. But under $2? Close to impossible.
