In practicality, the $0.07 valuation is most likely to serve the purposes of LHC.
It would make sensible financial strategy, and needed to be dealt with due to the circumstances at hand.
How many independent financial valuations did they get? I don't know, I can't see there would be a problem getting more than one.
If they got more than one what would favor their situation? A higher or lower valuation.

I don't think LHC had any agenda re ISX, they only had an agenda that best served the health of their business.
