no one is going to take up the entitlement offer now that they can buy on market for less.
GEM is sure getting value out of the underwriters with this one, but when UBS and RBC realise they are getting more shares than they expected, they might start to dump on market to cut their losses. Instos might be doing the same tomorrow with their new shares.
