Snacks, I can't be sure, but I think that Marcus Locke is an American.
I did significant googles and came up with the Iluka link and that our Marcus Locke is a mining engineer, so may have earned the options. Remember he lives or works not too far from the CVI office, so not a yank. (No need to go into more detail than that - our gripe is with Smyth, not Marcus)
My point is that it was immoral, if not illegal, for Smyth to have NOT made the relationship public.
Everyone would have thought more of him for being open at the EGM, and I'm sure the vote would have been passed anyway.
Mind you, as it happens, I'm guessing they were probably sold around the 20c mark - so $200k for some mining consultancy isn't too bad in anyones' money!
