Shareholders are trapped and Phil Hoskins can hide behind the voluntary suspension and tell shareholders that he can't tell them anything. Hopefully shareholders are beating down Phil's door demanding answers.
I struggle to see an outcome here where Castlelake doesn't walk away with the Chilalo Project.
