I know Roselands quite well and they have done a good job with it since they took over. They developed a portion of it and seems that trade is OK with only a couple of boarded up shops which will re-open. I also know Bankstown had a big extension done recently. So I have sample of 2 that are good. I'm sure there are many others that will back their own local Centro as being good shopping centres. I can't imagine that Bonzaboy knows all Centro shopping centres well enough to judge them as being substandard.
