Least its only 25% of the notes max. But i would of liked to see a plan of where the money is going and how much total debt they have and how they will manage the debt. Just seems like a lot to swallow without more details. Yes we need more money cos we are growing too fast but an explanation and plan as to how this will drive shareholder value and share price upwards would of been nice.
