Thanks for your excellent detective work GPO.

As for whether the share placement agreement can be enforced, I suspect it has already been performed. I've lost track of which placements relate to which undertakings but I do know they have put a truck load of money into PIL....and they are on the verge of putting in more.

Another thing I know is that Smidge/PEGG/Caason are in too deep to get out even if they wanted to....which they don't of course.


Christopher Eldrige has a business called 4impact which has a significant presence in Manila....not coincidentally with PIL's presence there I suggest...
