Just a thought - we all damn people who are real estate spruikers because of the damage they eventually cause - and their dutiful servant the media fuel the process. When it all goes pear shaped the media turn on them like rattle snakes in the pretense it is a story in the public interest.
Prof Keen is spruiking in the opposite direction, co-incidentally is he deriving benefit? Once his garbage becomes self fulfilling thanks to the dutiful servant the media - will they turn on him and rip his guts apart out of public interest when it all turns again? Keen should be forced to disclose any finacial interests. How much did he pay for his unit, what is he selling it for etc as anyone should who has such a profile and seeks to benefit from it.
