IMO Remaining in a consolidating pattern within this range (14.5-18.5) is essential in ensuring the price can appreciate sustainably into the mid-term. If the quarterly is what many expected or a little better or worse, i would expect the consolidation to continue for some time longer.
The chart is looking very good in the short-term in ensuring we have a sustainable appreciation into the mid-term.
