the table you quoted I believe is listing progesterone actives in combination with Ethynl estradiol. the product mithra manufactures uses estetrol E4 which I can guess is a new estrogen component to the COC. I would hope it has a bettter efficacy and safety profile over ethynl estrodiol which has been around and present in COC for ages. my assessment from 5 minutes of research and pharmacy background
