is it close to infrastructure? if not it's probably worth nothing right now
there are companies close to infrastructure with proven high grade 60%+ resources valued < $1/tonne in ground
there are companies with lower grade but sizeable resources (BRM) below cash backing
mind you there is one company with poor grade and high impurities with a market cap of about $70m so who knows
