Funny = realistic. EXACTLY! This is precisely why it was absurd to go on and on and ON about pink batts and the other stimulus that Rudd's government did. It was appropriate given the URGENCY of the situation. If they'd waited to supervise and nanny state every operator, the money wouldn't have flowed. As it turned out, not all operators were ethical. This was Rudd's fault. Oh yeah? Too FUNNY!
Especially as it's got zero to do with east coast house buyers having to exercise caution.
