I need to double check the date but I believe it sounds about right timewise. All I know is I was able to transfer the suspended ISX shares from my deceased mother's account into the estate account which must have required a CHESS transfer as they are now in a different name. There was no consideration as they now sit in an estate account and have not been transferred to any beneficiary. The aim is to liquidate them rather than transfer them. Not sure if this info helps any or how it impacts on Button's ramblings.
