Couple of things:
1) the net assets includes quite a bit of goodwill and management rights. In fact most of the net assets is comprised of goodwill and management rights.
2) in the addresses (to the AGM) it is mentioned, even stressed, that AFG has never missed an interest payment. They are clearly at pains to meet their obligations. That bodes well for the AFGHA payments.
