aazpb showing great yield now, page-4

I'm with 2ic on this. Yes, there is a chance that Australand will fail. But it doesn't seem a high probability and I feel the returns compensate for the risk. I've bought more AAZPB today, but it's not a large part of my portfolio. (I also bought BEPPA today, which both I and the market think is much riskier.)
