I see this as positive.
Initially it was reported by AFR to be $25 mil raise. Although the raise price was not reported at the time but at 100 million shares that would be 25 cents. At least that’s what I (and maybe some of us) believed too.
Now it’s $28 mil, $3 mil more.
Not that bad.
