The point is that the company, unlike many others, decided to issue shares at a big discount to some newbies (At the disadvantage of the ones which supported for many years), thus diluting them and forced them to suffer a loss on what they were holding before this announcement was released.

What was the value of our shares price before this announcement was released.??

The company should now have the gallbladder to take full notice of what they did, and offer all the existing investors to participate in this CR at the same rate as what they offered to the one participating in that placement.

Failing to do so, they only show how weak they are and that they don't give a hoot about the ones which backed them for umpteen years.

And there lies your answer.
