The PPT has not been active in the market lately. Perhaps their presence last night indicated they have enough of the bottom.
If one of their paid underlings watched the Bloomberg - they would know that everyone is wanting for a bottom. They would step in when they think the time is right. This is my theory - they are letting the market re-test its bottoms to satisfy conventional expectations.
