Lately I've been reading that RSG share price is down because of the poor hedging for the next June quarter.
Absolutely true. It will affect RSG's revenue for the June quarter. My back of the envelope calculation tells me that cash on hand should still be higher than March quarter. RSG will have positive cashflow. I have listened to the quarterly conference call and must say that I've never been more confident on RSG's future. I am no fan of John Welborn or RSG. My only intention is to make money which I think is there to be made in 6-9 months of time. I say a good 50% return from here.
One thing to be noticed is RSG's June quarter hedge are in line with most other ASX gold producers, however after June, RSG's hedges are the best in the whole ASX gold sector.
Let's compare some hedging data of other ASX gold miners.
RSG
WGX
SBM
SLR
RMS
PRU
DCN
GOR
SAR
EVN
NST
RRL
Based on those above figures it can be concluded that after June quarter RSG's hedges are one of best in the ASX miners.
