this is a clever move imo--google runge,and you will see they have offices in S/Africa,Canada,China and Australia--have expertise in mine management,design and development and more importantlyINDEPENDENT resource calculations--this is what buyers and offtake agreement parties are looking for--3 weeks should make it prior to the AGM which again is clever imo--some real positive moves i think--been a while but something happening at long last--cheers
