    1. Who owns the refinery?

    then...


    2. Did the current owners enter into a contract with CVI to sell the refinery to CVI?

    then...


    3. If you find a middleman, who is it, and do they have a contract on the refinery?

    then...


    4. If you get that far, what is the middleman paying for the refinery compared to what CVI intends paying?


    Anyone can chip in here of course (please). I certainly don't have any answers.
