Maybe he is right to think about borrowing to buy stocks that pay dividends and perhaps using a margin loan.
(i personally never have but must admit have beeen thinking about it recently)
Only buy quality stocks, do not use up all of the matgin facility ( maybe 60%). It depends on your view of the market. Has it to come down another 10,15,20 %?
