Last night I just got my notice from the class action that I have been awarded 95 cents per share in damages and agreed to accept it. Thank the Athiest Lord that Shine had Insurance and didn't pay out of their own pocket but I'm sure that their Insurance premium would have taken a hit.
Fortunately also for Shine is that the Directors Morrison and Roche had at least 60% of the company and would have been ineligble.
