They get paid before it's delivered to the supermarkets, or maybe monthly or quarterly depending what's stated in the mid agreement. They've signed a termed contract/agreement, where Woolies/Coles/CW agrees to order X amount each year or throughout the entire period stated in their agreement, BUBS will have to produce that amount and supply them. It's all legal and there are penalties if either one breaches the deal. So it's not COD.
I believe this is how it works with most major deals with business chains like the big supermarkets and CW.
