This now gives the directors surety where they are going as the ANZ/Opes Prime is a certainty to head to the court room. For several years so now the company has no reason to hold out "EXCEPT" to hold out on announcements till after the AGM so as they can issue with shareholders approval a sh...t load of performance options for all who have lost and I dont have an argument with that. Somewhere around $1.00 within 12 months and around 20 mill shares is ok. Then away we go.
