Axa and perpetual have frozen all withdrawls from a number of there monthly and mortgage income funds. Anyone with there cash in fund managers would want to withdraw it quickly if they want use of the cash within the next 12 months. All fund managers will follow suit and suspend withdrawls in the next few days.
