It’s a long time since I have bothered to make a posting but I am still well up the E25 top 20 list !Despite all the delays in us seeing an E25 PFScon being released by E25, I am most confident this first PFS will be on the table well prior say 20 May 2020E25 in releasing their Quarterly report yesterday, included at the bottom of Page 1 a link to JUPITER MINES who have a Manganese Concentrate operation in the South African northern cape area. I doubt many E25 shareholders would have bothered to access this link, which upon browsing around, gives extensive information regarding the Jupiter (AU: JPS) manganese concentrate operations. Particularly so on annual production volume and current pricing of Manganese Concentrate 37%.I have completed an exercise on this regarding what to expect from E25 in their expected PFSCON.Jupiter commenced production some years ago at about 2 Mil t / pa and now running at about 3.2 Mil t / pa The current price for 37% Mn Conc is USD 4.62 / dmtu (dry metric ton unit)IF, E25 commenced their Stage 1 operation with a low Capex start-up surely E25 could meet the following estimates:E25 Annual Production: Say a conservative 750,000 t / paAt Gross Price of say USD 3.70 / dmtu which basis Exchange rate of say 0.65 = AUD 185 /t revenueAnnual Revenue then would be AUD 185 x 750,000 = AUD 138,750,000 FOB PerthAllowing costs being at a MAX of say 60% of AUD 185 = AUD 111 / t = Gross Profit Margin of AUD 74 / tGross Profit Margin of AUD 74 / t x 750,000 t / pa = Gross Profit of AUD 55,500,000 / annumNo. Issued E25 shares = 92 MilGross Earnings / E25 share = AUD 55.5 Mil divided by 92 Mil = AUD 0.60 / E25 sharePrice Earnings Ratio of say MINIMUM of 5:1Prospective E25 Share Price = AUD 3.00 / E25 share And yet, E25 shares are struggling to break the 20 cent level !!?? What do you think Phw ? . You used to be in the Top 20 a few years ago, with 4 Mil shares, then you vanished to zero, then back again in 2019 with 2.4 Mil E25 sharesHope you are still there Pa-- Cheers
