Plus as far as I know , the ASX is also open for business. The only thing I will say in addition to that is that BOTH query letters were initiated from the ASX's Western Australia Branch. You can then make whatever call you wan't from there.

If they were to say ' fly under ' the radar with a reasonable put together or supercharged explanation - they might want to press the go button with the ASX by releasing the announcement on Monday. Who knows , and I certainly don't know how these Guy's operate except to say they seem to want to ' justify ' to their holders and the authoritative bodies like the ASX that they are always in compliance and have and realize the disclosure to shareholders as the ' utmost ' importance.

Yes WA is celebrating ANZAC day Public Holiday on Monday.... HO is located on WA. Therefore the TH was ann to be released on Tuesday. Well that’s at least my understanding?
