There was a former ASX listed stock Black Range Minerals, take over 4th September 2015.
They changed the name to the aggressor, Western uranium, which at a later date renamed Western uranium and Vanadium corporation.

They are listed in Canada, on the TSX exchange, (WUC).

Their mines are in the USA.
The Sunday mine complex (five underground mines) with uranium and vanadium, in Colorado.
These mines have been readied for mining on any announcement and/or uranium price to increase.

WUC have start mining, holding mined uranium/vanadium in some of the mine tunnels, waiting for this moment.

Also own The White Mesa Mill in Eastern Utah.
As well as tenements in Navada and New Mexico.

As for PEN, they too have done the hard yards, as the poor share holder's who through thick and thin, held their ground.
One consolidation reduced my shares from one million shares to just twenty-five thousand.

No overnight success for PEN, then again that would apply to most uranium producers and would be producers.
