Samsung watch recently got their approval from Korean FDA for its BP monitor app using its PPG sensor and pulse-wavelength theory but will only be launched in 3rd quarter. However, its technology requires calibration with existing BP monitor cuff 4 weekly. CDX has been working on this technology for years. Wonder why today’s news came by few days after samsung announced its approval. If CDX BP app and Mobvoi PPG sensor requires no calibration, it will be a game changer to compete with Samsung.
