The other thing is, apart from waiting 18 months for money from PEGG, would you, as a sophisticated investor, jump in the same boat with Mr.Smith? We may be losing a lot of potential investment money here - as sophisticated investors will likely do the same background check as you did.....and so its not only about great investment opportunity, but this thing they need to consider....
