The announcement just released regarding the BPO AGM, notes that SLA as a majority shareholder is looking to remove the current Chairman from the Board, not sure what has happened here ??

In the cover note from the Chairman he draws refernce to the items requesting resolution as item 7, althuogh this is actually item 5 ... lack of attention to detail ??
