I agree that the business is preparing for T/O.
I've heard that they are struggling with funding given their current state and the other FMOs are circling to go after the FP/F+ customer base.
The fleet industry is very incestuous (CF CFO moving to ECX and middle to senior management moving around from FMO to FMO) so news spreads quick.
