yes everyone knows msr has been slow.
They had to drop a project and waited for the new permit.
rsg has a lot of influence with msr and they didnt want them spending capital. now with higher gold price and most likely the biggest gold bull run to ever exist coming - msr is the one to be in. heaps of cash - near the tongon mine, cheap to mine in ivory coast, loyal long term holders, ex ceo phil reese still investing, debt free, good auger results,involved with pru. too many positives compared to the negatives. only disadvantage is they have been slow. but things are changing and managment are getting the ball rolling.
