My only question is whether this is in fact your view or are you simply repeating what "most analysts" see as happening in the ST?
I personally can't see any ST local market as all Aussie share funds (managed funds) are having material redemption rates. As such this is a contrary view to "most analysts" view of an imminent bounce of 20-30%.
