    do you honestly think people will find property which is about to plunge "safe" when cash in the bank has a government guarantee?

    tens of thousands of homes are coming on the market yet no one is buying.

    face it le, you got this one wrong, the jig is up and all anyone can do holding ip's is prepare for the worst, hope for the best.
