To be fair, a CR was coming.
With the way the world is (and it will get worse financially), would you have preferred they held off until the well had dried up world wide and the terms were harsher?
I think it was smart.
We are in a world of hurt with this stock. But it would have become a lot worse without improving the balance sheet.
