Why doesn't it have to return the 12m shares?? because in the statement above the bold that you quoted states that it has raised $2,200,000.

Now do 12,000,000 x 0.1833 what does that equal ? $2.2m.

Meaning Acuity have kept the collateral shares, paid 18.33c for them and now the CPA is terminated.

These shares were in a collateral account and already issued, NOT new shares. Like I said before. You can't know that their holding is now 0 without a top 20.

The shares from the 20^th ANN were never issued read the below extract slowly.

And therefore the total issued remains the same as before the 20^th therefore they were never issued afterwards.
