Nothings changed in the commercial terms he was using simply because MSB is a biotech and it will always have long lead times and have to raise large amounts for clinical trials. Persons unknown have loaded up at the expense of retail investors who couldn't withstand the pressure.
I'd say but by the time MSB has reached commercial sustainability, the SP will have gone parabolic and retail investors will have to pay a premium for the supposed revenue certainty.
