Peace isn't making a profit. Obviously it's a challenge.
HSN is experienced in turning a business around, it's recovered strongly itself from the tech wreck. HSN has legacy operations in the US, it's not moving into territory it has no experience of.
Price subject to confidentiality clause (going to be fairly easy to work out from HSN accounts). Looks like a fire sale of under performing non core asset to me.
