Seems the shorters had a share rising out of control problem on Friday , namely the US bank issuing the ADR's ? they buy MSB and convert to MESO and make the arbitrage ? the 2 trading halts on the Nasty the giveaway , been selling shares that don't exist(shorting ) causing a massive short ? puled a few leavers to halt the run at open to save their as$$$ ? I expect the mother of all short squeeze rallies on Monday, they were not expecting this , they were backing Gilead ? that's why no media mention of MESO achievements and rise till they cover their massive naked short , get your popcorn and chock top and watch the show , $ 7 on Monday anyone ? all in my humble opinion .
How Do American Depositary Receipts – ADRs -- work?
ADRs are denominated in U.S. dollars, with the underlying security held by a U.S. financial institution overseas. ADR holders do not have to transact the trade in the foreign currency or worry about exchanging currency on the forex market. These securities clear through U.S. settlement systems.
To offer ADRs a U.S. bank will purchase shares on a foreign exchange. The bank will hold the stock as inventory and issue an ADR for domestic trading. ADRs list on either the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), American Stock Exchange (AMEX), or the Nasdaq, but they are also sold over-the-counter (OTC).
