All of those prices are lower than his average and far lower than all time highs, so it makes sense to average down along the way. Delisting to quickly after the merger would have drawn attention and been suspicious. Now there is an argument around lack of interest and support, although possibly artificially created. Most holders would probably welcome a TO at half the price of all time highs. That would not have been the case 24 months ago. There would have been uproar. The alternative I see is depressing the price for capital raises. Whoever provides the capital benefits enormously by diluting those who do not. Once we are sufficiently capitalised, perhaps the share price will recover. I am only speculating and do not show any of this to be true. Why do you think the share price has gone from over a dollar to where we are now? I believe the company has made significant progress and yet the share price says the opposite.
