if you want to know how is bubs doing , i think it is more accurate if we see the manufacture date on the tin.
Now is end of april, if the formula manuf after feb 2020, (estimate 2 month delivery to store) that mean it is fresh and previous stock doing well.
If the tin manuf before 2020, it could be the formula sitting in the store for longtime and not doing very well.
