I think you need too !!!... millions in upgrades have been spent on the plant making it a much different beast than old ... exploration work driving Reserves to 500koz near term as any successive miner knows you mine reserves not prospective resources ..

And so much down to staff skills ..you could destroy any mine operation if you have numbskulls running the operation

I know In my local fishing industry many vessels in the same fish species and area have gone from brilliant operations being able to catch quote in short timeframes for decades to falling way behind while others like the one I'm involved with is breaking record highs ... all down to staffing skills
