How do Boards allow characters like Ross McEwan to do it to them? By poor governance and appalling appointments like Simon McKeon of AMP fame?
Ross did not do well at CBA, did appallingly at RBS and now he is creating absolute havoc at NAB.
Why do ASX investors not get a say on sycophantic Board appointments. Why was the lack of governance at NAB allowed to occur?
